Managing your subscription

Preflop Pro subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not through us. On your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You can also reach it from inside the app: open Settings and tap Manage Subscription.

The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Help. More in the FAQ: restoring a purchase and still being charged after buying Lifetime.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Preflop keeps your practice on your device. The only personal data it collects is feedback you choose to send. See our Privacy Policy.
